Your shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within one working day of payment being received, and are shipped via Royal Mail with tracking for UK orders. For international orders, Royal Mail is used with or without tracking depending on the customer's preference.
Parcels over 2kg to the UK or Europe will be shipped via our courier of choice. For parcels over 2kg to non-EU international destinations, no shipping cost will be applied at checkout — we will place the order on hold, research the best courier options available, and present you with a choice. Once shipping is confirmed and paid, we will dispatch the parcel.
Shipping zones
World zones are divided as follows: UK, Europe and the rest of the world (World Zone 1, 2 & 3).
Packaging
Shipping fees include both packaging and postage costs. We charge a flat fee of £0.50 to £1.00 for packaging materials (envelopes plus at least two cardboard stiffeners) — this is automatically included in your postage fee. Rates vary according to the total weight of the shipment.
We recommend grouping your items into a single order where possible, as we are unable to combine two separate orders and shipping fees will apply to each individually.
We take great care to protect all items. Boxes are generously sized and every record is carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition.
